March 9, three of my geocaching buddies came up with a great plan: A colossal, personal best, do-it-or-go-home-shame-faced geocaching trip! YES!! We poured over the local maps debating and choosing the most interesting listings, even brainstormed solutions to seventy-five mystery caches with a zero fail rate! We mixed up the D/T ratings, special equipment needed, day and night caches, whereigos, adventurelabs… the whole nine yards. By July 7 we will be packed, prepped and ready to roll. We have forty extra bags with blank log sheets, three ink pens each, six strap-on headlamps with blacklight capability, and handful of prepped caches ready to place as we go and a three day weekend that is all ours. With only a short time before our adventure begins, we are seeking your advice. In your logs please add any tips or tricks that can help us make our colossal caching weekend a massive success.
