This is a very simple park and grab. The biggest issue may be the court that is facing straight and directly at the location. It is normal for cars to pull over and park there for various reasons such as eating, picking up children from nearby bus stop, using the phone, etc...
This cache is dedicated to my daughter Aundrea. May her words motivate you, me, her and everyone to learn from past mistakes and become stronger today.
