The cache name has nothing to do with the hide or location. I discovered a few years ago that there are some areas of the country that refer to geocaches as beacons. I don't know why, but since I couldn't think of anything witty to name this one, beacon it is.
The cache should be a quick find at an obvious hiding spot.
