A rain garden is a shallow, man-made depression in the ground that collects rainwater from roofs, driveways, or streets and allows it to soak into the ground. Rain gardens are also known as bioretention basins. Follow the drain pipe from the Elmer Boro Hall roof to the rain garden. The garden is full of native plants that feed our pollinator friends such as the birds, bees and butterflies.
