Parking nearby for a couple of cars,then short walk along a relatively quiet road.
Hidden along the start of a forgotten footpath,long trousers are advised,due to the high ferns that are growing alongside.the path will take you along the edge of the little downs,then if you choose to go furthur ,a nice little public right of way over a stone stile and down towards the farm.you can then continue in a loop by walking along the country lane,whilst quite quiet there is a bit of a steepish hill if you do carry on!don't forget to keep dogs on leads in farmers fields,and stick to the field edge where the footpath runs!
The downs part of the footpath is narrow,so not suitable for pushchairs,however I have walked it with my 3year old,and regularly walk this way with my dogs.
