Halloween is an amazing reason to host a party, and we’re excited to invite you to our thrilling event! Join us on Saturday, October 26th, from 12 PM to 8 PM for a spooktacular celebration. Don your favorite Halloween costume for a chance to win in our costume contest!
Keeping things interesting- We are introducing a Food Presenation Challenge with prizes being awarded to the most creative and most revolting presentation dishes. After judging, plan to have your foods shared. Hot dogs, cookies and beverages will be on hand.
There Will be event coins for sale a set of two, one black and one silver coin for $25. Gadget Academy will start at 3pm. We have limited quantities of gadgets, so show up early at check-in to purchase your gadget. The price for the gadgets are the Bison tube extractor $20 and magic blocks $60. We encourage anyone to participate in the academy. If you never built, electronics or soldered before we highly recommend the magic blocks kit.
A spooky passport is being curated for you to explore the building and encounter different experiences- once you have completed the experiences, you will be entered to win some fabulous prizes. You must be present to win. Movies and games will be available on site, as well as local caching and food options available.
Event Day Schedule
12:00 pm- Doors Open- start in the main event room to get your passport and Prize wheel card
2:00pm- Prize Wheel* open for 1st chance at winning a prize
3:00pm- Gadget Academy
5:00pm- Prize Wheel* open for 2nd chance at winning a prize
6:00pm- Food Presentation Challenge Judging- Prizes will be awarded for the MOST CREATIVE and MOST REVOLTING enties. After judging entries will be shared
6:15pm- VAULT KEY FINDERS will try their luck at opening the Vault- The Vault requires TWO keys to open- the contents will be shared between the two winners
6:30pm- (or when the vault is opened) PASSPORT PRIZE DRAWING- for anyone who has completed their passport throughout the day and received a TOKEN, we will be drawing token numbers for awesome prizes.
TWO LUCKY winners have the chance of winning the contents of the Halloween Extravaganza Vault! Keys are being hidden throughout Washington between now and the event- then 15 additional keys will be hidden near the event on the day of. TWO keys will open the Vault- Follow our Facebook page for clues to the key locations for a chance to claim your key. https://www.facebook.com/halloween.extravaganza.2024 (be sure to scan the QR code once you find the key so we can announce that it has been found)
