新北市政府環保局推動「里環境認證」評比，今年選出五百三十個績優里，連續三年榮獲五星級認證的板橋區富貴里，利用廢棄輪胎刷上黃藍油漆，打造「小小兵創意園區」，造型吸睛，成為拍照打卡熱點。
板橋區富貴里里長詹汝表示，以前許多廢棄冷媒桶和輪胎堆置路旁，雨天積水，易孳生病媒蚊，她和志工運用素材打造「小小兵園區」，今年用廢棄木頭層板進行牆面彩繪，園區有豐富植栽，綠意盎然，成為都會區紓壓好地方。
