The San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail spans from the San Francisco Bay Trail to Cabrillo Avenue in Santa Clara. It is a popular, paved cycling and walking trail, frequently used by the people who work in the many offices nearby.
This cache, the first in my San Tomas Aquino series, is located just off the trail proper.
This location is near my new job. I hope it lasts (the cache, and the job).
There is parking at N 37° 22.990 W 121° 58.430 that is free for three hours. There are closer garages on Octavius Dr. that are free for three hours on weekday evenings and most of the day on weekends. There is limited street parking on Octavius Dr. There is close, but technically illegal, parking off of Olcott St.
