Lommoltunturin huipulta (557 m) voi ihailla Pallastuntureita, Pallasjärveä ja toisessa suunnassa Jerisjärveä. Ylös vie tien varrelta sijaitsevalta parkkipaikalta suhteellisen helppokulkuinen polku ja matkalla voi suorittaa labin pisteitä.
Lommoltunturi sijaitsee Pallas-Yllästunturin kansallispuiston alueella (www.luontoon.fi/pallas-yllastunturi) ja siihen on Metsähallituksen lupa.
From the top of Lommoltunturi (557 m) you can admire the view towards Pallas fells, Pallasjärvi (lake) and in the other direction Jerisjärvi (lake). The trails starts at the parking place beside the road, and it is a fairly easy ascent. Not too steep, and on the way you can do an adventure lab cache.
Lommoltunturi is part of the Pallas-Yllästunturi national park, and the cache has been granted permission by Metsähallitus.
