I have enjoyed is fuzzydave's Inexplicable Guardrail series. He’s found a bunch of randomly placed or redundant guardrails in Maryland and put geocaches in them. Well, I’ve found another one. This rail is behind a fence (mostly) in a spot that cars seem unlikely ever to go. Maybe they want to protect pedestrians? I discovered it while riding a bike down this street, otherwise I never would have spotted it.
