Following the successful planting earlier this year in GCAM2YN, we're back for the only other time this year to do some autumn maintenance in the pond at the behest of the Friends group for the park. As we only have a single pair of waders, we would ask you to bring your own if you have a pair as this will really help out. There will only be space in the pond for a few people at a time (it's not a huge pond by any degree), so if we get more than a few people with waders to attend, then we'll be able to take turns.
If you don't have waders, then don't worry - there will be other jobs, especially wheeling things around in barrows. Or if you need something lighter, there are always other things to do.
There will be some cakes and snacks available for attendees. When logging Will Attends, please state if you can bring a pair of waders. It may also be muddy around the pond itself depending on the weather, so be sure to wear suitable footwear and clothing you don't mind getting mucky.
