An event for early cachers to take a break or for cachers that need a coffee to wake up before they get started a little later. Maybe you are even on your way to a CITO down at the beach (Sept 21st is California Coastal Cleanup Day!). Time for Travel Bugs to see some daylight again and change hands. Events provide an excellent opportunity to ask someone to spill some beans about a hide or puzzle!
