I'm resurrecting a cache that was placed in this area as a play on the shopping cart 🛒 rental fee imposed by a nearby store. Unfortunately, it kept getting muggled and the CO archived it, so I thought better about putting it back at the original location. Hopefully, this reincarnation will endure.
