Simple woodland walk taking only minutes to the first cache. Beyond that, there is a stream crossing and a climb, sometimes over loose rocks to get to the remaing caches on the hike. There are places where the slope is greater than the average 3-8% reported. The elevation is over 6000 ft., if you are not fit for a two-mile hike at this elevation, don't attempt it. There is no phone service and medical attention is at least an hour away.
Wear clothing and footwear suitable for the climb and season. Carry water. All the cache containers along the hike are hanging, camo-painted bison tubes about the size of a man's thumb...they are within reach of most people. FTF to Paintballvet18.
