El Lugar
Un paseo ideal para realizar por tu cuenta y en familia. El punto de partida es Puerto Pañuelo, y luego de caminar 300 mts. comienza el sendero entre bosques de coihues, alerces y cañas colihues que forman una especie de túnel.
El paseo recorre senderos de vegetación exuberante, y el visitante puede escuchar el cantar de las aves autóctonas, como el chucau o el duet duet. Durante la mayor parte del camino, el terreno se presenta plano y húmedo.
Al cabo de media hora de caminata, a la izquierda, se descubre a la vista un pequeño bosque de arrayanes. Continuando por el sendero hacia el sur, el paisaje se va abriendo hasta llegar a una gran roca que forma el mirador sobre el Lago Moreno desde donde se divisa la isla de los Conejos, el Cerro López y la bahía en la que está la casa del Guarda parque. El sendero continúa bordeando el Lago Moreno, y tras cruzar la ruta, llega al Lago Escondido, cuyas aguas y su magnífico entorno pueden contemplarse desde un muelle.

The Place
An ideal walk to do on your own and with your family. The starting point is Puerto Pañuelo, and after walking 300 meters. The path begins between forests of coihues, alerces and colihues canes that form a kind of tunnel.
The walk runs through paths of exuberant vegetation, and the visitor can listen to the singing of native birds, such as the chucau or the duet duet. For most of the way, the terrain is flat and wet.
After half an hour of walking, to the left, a small myrtle forest comes into view. Continuing along the path to the south, the landscape opens up until you reach a large rock that forms the viewpoint over Lake Moreno from where you can see the Isla de los Conejos, Cerro López and the bay where the house of the Park ranger. The path continues bordering Moreno Lake, and after crossing the route, it reaches Escondido Lake, whose waters and magnificent surroundings can be seen from a dock.

When to search for the cache
When searching for this cache please avoid busy moments such as weekends and holydays, as this area gets really crowded with geomuggles.
In Argentina the Geocaching is not yet a game as popular as in other countries, and is common that geomuggles steal caches just for fun. So, please search and pick up the cache when no one is looking, and later leave the cache the same way and well hidden, sure that it is not visible from any angle!!!! Always try to pass unnoticed.
