Welcome to Fall Fest 2025 and the Burford Agricultural Society Fairgrounds! We are so excited to see everyone for the inaugural year of Fall Fest!
Join us on Thursday, September 25th, 2025 at 8:00pm in the Derby Ring for the Thursday Night Social of Fall Fest 2025!
You are welcome to bring your own hotdogs, marshmallows, s'mores, and sausages to cook on the campfire. A limited number of roasting sticks will be available to borrow for this purpose.
Giant lawn games and cornhole will be set up just outside of the derby ring to keep you entertained (if campfires aren't your thing).
Make sure to grab your door prize ticket on your way in, if you wish to participate in the optional Prize Drawing. Your prize draw ticket can be placed in any of the prize buckets for thousands of dollars worth of great prizes. There *may* also be a token of our appreciation for attending this event, available from the Event Mounties.
Things you might want to consider bringing to this event: Bug spray, a sweater/jacket, a camping/lawn chair, snacks, drinks, your sense of adventure.
Everyone is welcome to attend this event. This event is outdoors, so it is recommended that you dress according to the weather.
Please note: depending on how much rain we get, the derby ring turns into a big mud pit in wet conditions. We have increased the terrain rating for this event as a result. If it is dry, the ground turns solid and is easy to walk on, ride your bike on, and would be considered wheelchair accessible. However, if we get any rain, this area may be muddy and would not be suitable for wheelchairs, scooters, bikes, etc. Boots are highly recommended if we have a wet summer. If the area is too wet, we will move this event if necessary. We will post an announcement on the cache page a few days prior to the event to let you know what exactly to expect.
A few points to remember:
- If you are not camping, please enter through the south gate (look for the big PARKING signs) and park in a way that does not block anyone from entering or exiting, according to the parking signs
- This event runs from 8:00pm-11:00pm
- This event is family and pet friendly (but all pets must be on a 6ft leash)
