Geocache Description:

Experience a truly EH-MAZE-ing adventure, in the heart of the Brant County.

For the first time since 2012,
the GPS Adventure Maze returns to Ontario, Canada!

What is the GPS Adventures Maze?
The Fall Fest 2025 (GCAX1X1) organizing committee is proud to host an educational and interactive stroll through the game of Geocaching. This simple maze includes content that will be entertaining and interesting to anyone from those brand new to the game to the most seasoned geocacher. The GPS Adventures Exhibit icon will be earned by completing the walk through the exhibit and (optionally) signing the log.

Please continue to read the information below to understand what this experience will be like, how to attend, how to prepare for your visit, and how you can help with Canada's GPS Adventures Exhibit in Burford, ON from September 26-27, 2025.

The GPS Adventures Maze Canada is non-profit experience hosted by geocachers, for geocachers. This is only possible due to sponsor donations and volunteer effort, and funding from GPS Adventures Maze Canada and Fall Fest 2025! swag sales. GPS Adventures Maze Canada trackable tags will be available at the venue during the two days of the exhibit from the event store.

Where and When Can You Find the Maze?

The GPS Adventures Maze Canada exhibit will be hosted in the Agriculture Hall (aka the Ag Hall) of the Burford Agricultural Society Fairgrounds from Friday, September 26th to Saturday, September 27th 2025.  The building and maze will be handicap accessible and have washrooms on premise.  Parking can be found on site, through the Parking Gate (South Entrance) to the fairgrounds.

The GPS Adventures Maze Canada exhibit is FREE and open to the public.

How Can You Attend It?

Please log a "will attend" on this event page, to let us know that you are planning to join us to experience the GPS Adventure Maze Canada.

If you have purchased a VIP package or are a Sponsor for Fall Fest 2025!, you will have priority access to the GPS Adventure Maze Canada, on Friday September 26th prior to the opening of the Ag Hall to the public. Each VIP and Sponsor package will receive two wristbands (themselves + one guest) for early access into the GPS Adventure Maze. After 6:00pm on Friday, the maze will be open to everyone, and everyone must wait in line together. There will be no separate VIP line once the maze is open to the public.

To attend the maze, simply show up at the Ag Hall at the appropriate times above, and enjoy your walk through the GPS Adventures Maze Canada, and (optionally) sign the log book at the exit. Submit your attended log online like any other geocaching event to complete your "find."

How Can You Prepare for Your Visit?

We are anticipating large crowds for this unique experience (more than 12 years in the making) and our volunteers will do their best to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy their visit. During peak periods, it is possible that there may be up to an hour wait, based on experiences from similar mazes elsewhere.

We are pleased to report that the entire maze is in a climate-controlled environment, including the maze waiting area. Because this is late September it could be wet and rainy, it could be quite pleasant, it could be unseasonably warm and sunny or we could get frost. We encourage everyone in attendance to dress for the current weather conditions during the entire Fall Fest 2025 event, and stay hydrated while you are enjoying the on-site activities.

Please note: Dogs are permitted in the maze, as long as they are on a 6ft/2m leash at all times and are not disruptive to other guests enjoying the maze. We ask that bicycles, e-bikes and motorized vehicles please be left outside of the Ag Hall at all times.

Stay up-to-date on the latest news regarding the Maze by logging your will attend to receive announcements specifically for the Maze, and following us on Facebook.

Opportunities to Help During the GPS Adventure Maze Canada Exhibit

The first way anyone can help is to sign up as a volunteer, and our amazing Maze coordinators (bigguy14760) will work with you to get you scheduled where he can.  We will need volunteers to help assemble the maze, direct attendees and answer questions, and then take it all down at the end of the event.

Sponsorship information can be found on our website if you are interested in supporting this rare icon. Maze Sponsorship packages are available to both businesses and individual cachers.

Thank you to our EH-MAZE-ing Friends of the Maze!
