I made a HUGE withdrawal recently, but didn’t end up needing all of it, so I thought I’d leave some BIG BILLS in a stash near the bank that you can come and find if you are in need… No trade necessary, but please, only 1 bill per person…

To locate the Final stage of the cache (AKA The Bank Stash), you will first need to observe a sign while locating yourself at the given coordinates. On the white section of the sign, focus on the Fourth line. You will use letter-to-number translation to obtain your North and West offsets, but not to worry - it will be so easy, you will not need a chart for reference, as you can just use your fingers.
NORTH OFFSET:
Your North Offset is the First Letter of the First Word (translated into a number).
NORTH FINAL: SUBTRACT the North Offset from the decimal minutes (.xxx) of the North Given coordinates to obtain your North Final Coordinates.
WEST OFFSET:
Your West Offset is the Second Letter of the Third Word (translated into a number).
WEST FINAL: ADD the West Offset to the decimal minutes (.xxx) of the West Given coordinates to obtain your West Final Coordinates.
