Mary River Flowing to the Sea 🌄 Multi-Cache

Charles Street river park is a great spot for a picnic & stroll beside the Mary River. 

The now archived cache, Cone of Silence GC8ZF72, brought visitors here for a few years until the cone disappeared. 

I have placed a new cache here as it is certainly a worthy location with lots of space to run around with mountain and river views. This time, I have selected a location further away from the river to try to prevent loss from those occasional floods after heavy rain.

You will need to read the signs about the Mary River wildlife at the first waypoint to find the keyword which will lead you to the final location.

Which creature is listed as vulnerable due to loss of critical breeding habitat, may grow to 1.5m long and weigh up to 40kg? You will need the scientific name with no spaces.
