World Postcard Day and 1 year of Geocaching.

The 1st of October is World Postcard Day and the 28th of September marks one year I have been geocaching! So to celebrate I thought 
I would combine both celebrations and run an event to mark them together. My first ever event!

Jesmond Park has quite a few geocaches around and they are some of the more difficult caches - tree caches, so I thought it would be a great opportunity to help ones like myself who struggle with tree caches to grab a few, if you do have gear for tree caches bring it along, please. 

Also because of World Postcard Day, I will organise us as a group to write postcards for a local charity (I'll bring the supplies) 
Will be sitting at one of the tables undercover near the playground and basketball court.

Extra Optional Opportunity: I have been contacted by a lovely event organiser in Taiwan called Joy. She has opened the opportunity to people attending this event to participate in a special Postcard Exchange Event. This is separate from my own event and it's up to you want to be involved in the exchange.
