Beit Mapam Karkur
Beit Mapam in Karkur, also called "Beit Tsavta", was established in 1958. The building was funded and founded by members of the Mapam Party (United Workers' Party) as a building for cultural and political needs, and until the 1990s music and theater performances were held there , film screenings and also community activities such as weddings and political events. The building was abandoned in the 1990s and has been abandoned ever since. The architect of the building was Yaakov (Kuba) Gever, who headed the nearby Ein Shemer building group, and was responsible for a large number of buildings.

בית מפ"ם בכרכור, שכונה גם "בית צוותא", הוקם בשנת 1958. הבניין מומן ונוסד ע"י חברי מפלגת מפ"ם (מפלגת הפועלים המאוחדת) כמבנה לצרכי תרבות ולצרכים פוליטיים, ועד שנות ה-90 התקיימו במקום הופעות מוסיקה, תיאטרון, הקרנות של סרטי קולנוע וגם פעילויות קהילתיות כמו חתונות ואירועים פוליטיים. הבניין ננטש בשנות ה-90 והוא עומד נטוש מאז ועד היום. אדריכל הבניין היה יעקב (קובה) גבר, שעמד בראש קבוצת הבניין של עין שמר הסמוך, והיה אחראי למספר רב של מבנים בסביבה
