Džūkste ir neliels, bet vēsturiski un kultūras ziņā bagāts ciems Tukuma novadā, Latvijā. Džūkstes pagasts ir pazīstams kā folklorista un pasaku vācēja Anša Lerha-Puškaiša dzimtene. Netālu esošajos Lanceniekos atrodas Džūkstes Pasaku muzejs, kas veltīts viņa devumam latviešu kultūrā un pasaku krājumos. Džūkstes pagasta "Mazzemgaļos" 1871. gada 12. augustā ir dzimis Gustavs Zemgals, kurš bija otrais Latvijas Valsts prezidents.
Džūkste is a small but historically and culturally rich village in Tukums Municipality, Latvia. The Džūkste parish is known as the birthplace of the folklorist and collector of fairy tales, Ansis Lerhis-Puškaitis. Nearby, in Lancenieki, you can visit the Džūkste Fairy Tale Museum, dedicated to his contribution to Latvian culture and fairy tale collections. In the Džūkste parish, at the "Mazzemgaļi" homestead, Gustavs Zemgals, who became the second President of Latvia, was born on the 12th of August, 1871.
