This year, Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) souvenir moments will extend from just one week, twice a year, to two entire seasons! That’s right earth-lovin’ geocachers, this year’s CITO dates are:
Fall September 1-November 30
Due to the fact of road construction taking place near our usual Park and Ride location the cleanup there is being suspended until next spring in consultation with MDOT. I reached out to West Michigan regional airport and they gave their blessing for us to do a little tidy up of the plain viewing area that they have on the south side of the property. This is a family-friendly event. Trash bags and grabbers will be provided. I may need a couple volunteers to take some of the trash with them as we have to take the trash with at this location.
