Tucked within Marquette's historic east side, Williams Park is an escape from the bustle of downtown and the crowds that flock to the city's better known parks. Hidden by Pine Street Hill, and still bearing the 1930s stone handiwork of the Civilian Conservation Corps, the facility includes tennis courts, basketball court and an expanse of playground equipment, as well as park benches and picnic tables. A drinking fountain is available, as are permanent (seasonal) indoor restrooms.
The park area on the west end is just plain neat. You can see remanents where where thee once was a waterfal. The cache is put in an area where there are minimal number of muggles, but still be watchful.
