Introduction
Ugg say: “Welcome, brave wanderer! You ready to leave comfort of cave and hunt shiny treasure?”
This Wherigo take you back to simpler times — when GPS was rock and stick, and navigation tool was “sun go that way.” Follow the voices of ancient geocachers and travel through beautiful terrain. No need invent fire; your smartphone already glow magic light!
About the Cache
This adventure offer perfect mix of walking, exploring, and light grunting. Trail take you through land so nice, even mammoth stop and admire view.
- Trail Length: About 1.5 miles round trip — perfect warm-up for mammoth chase.
- Elevation Gain: Gentle rise. Ugg call it “hill.” Cavegirl call it “nice workout.”
- Estimated Time: 30–60 minutes, depending on selfie speed and number of shiny rock distractions.
Important Stuff
At end of quest, you find safe spot to rest. Bring food offering for tribe — perhaps jerky, berries, or granola bar of wisdom. Picnic area nearby for victory feast!
Note: Fire optional. If you make one, please no burn forest. Ugg not pay fine again.
What to Bring
- 🥾 Sturdy Hiking Boots: Sharp rock + bare foot = loud grunt.
- 💧 Water: Stay hydrated. Dehydrated caveman no happy caveman.
- 📸 Camera: Document proof of survival and brag to other cave dwellers later.
- 😂 Sense of Humor: Essential equipment. Laughing keep spirits high and scare away saber-tooth squirrels.
How to Find the Treasure
Follow directions from magic device (the Wherigo cartridge). Ugg promise it not too tricky. When magic voice say “turn here,” listen. When it say “walk straight,” try not fall in river.
Each stop teach something new — maybe about land, maybe about life, maybe just that Ugg still can’t count past five without toes.
Access & Safety
- Hours: 9AM–5PM. Cavemen fear darkness. Trails close at sunset.
- Terrain: Easy. No mammoth fights, no cliff jumps required.
- Accessibility: Maintained trails, safe footing, open to all skill levels.
