I love postcards. I love sending them from my travels and I love receiving them. The cheezier the better.
So when I saw that Geocaching HQ has a special postcard souvenir for international postcard day (which is on October 1), I knew I had to host an event.
So join me at the picnic shelter in Garrett Road Park in Durham on Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 10 a.m to noon for a fun event where we can catch up, snack, and you will even have the opportunity to send a postcard to an elderly person who would love to hear from you.
FYI: The parking lot for the park is tiny. Carpool. Park at the high school across the street and walk over. Take the Third Fork Creek Trail there.
