We just started geocaching in the last month and my boys wanted to place their first geocache this is close enough to home I can keep an eye on it it's a very quiet peaceful place to have some lunch or reflect while sitting by the water, to get away from the very busy area happy hunting! I have noticed some issues trying to figure out how to get to said cache and wanted to add that if you check the way points, it instructs you to approach the cache from the right side of the building, its a small rock patch that leads down to the area you need to be. No trails, no crossing the river, its right behind the building, trying to keep our first simple cache alive, hope more people have good luck finding this. congratulations to pprn4fn for FTF. !!
