This community celebration event is in honor of Bud (Bill) of Lefty & Bud. It will be held at
the South Pavilion at South Hills Park, Lebanon from 4 to 6 pm on May 3, 2025.
I will bring hot dogs and rolls. I hope everyone attending will bring a dish to share with the group. There will be electric available for a few crockpots if needed.
Unfortunately we lost Bud last year. Bud loved geocaching. He and Lefty joined Geocaching in June of 2005. Their first find was GCP4M0 - Middleport Gardens - on July 10, 2005. Over the years they have logged over 7,000 finds. They even found an APE cache. I know many cachers have fond memories of Bud and everyone will have an opportunity to share a "Bud" memory. We will also give any newer cachers an opportunity to ask any questions they may have about caching. This was an idea for an event Bud was interested in setting up but never had the opportunity.
Please come out to help remember Bud and his caching adventures. If you know what you will bring to eat, post it in your will attend. Please note, dogs are not allowed in the park.
