A lot can happen in a year..
A lot has happened in a year indeed. We said goodbye to the dearest of friends and life slowly eked on for us. We celebrated the little moments even more, and reached out more often just to touch base and let each other know we were thinking of each other. We lost someone who had become part of our family, and practical jokester, a man who took his diet coke with 'hold the ice'. A dad, a grandpa, and our honorary brother.
So today, day 3 6 5.. we come together to cook over the grill, sit, chat, and celebrate each other, our geocaching stories, acocmplishments, feats and yes, sad dnf attempts and failures if need be. (Sure, ask me about the time I dropped the MKH three times while on a steel beam over a dry river bed..)
Come join me at Cody Hollow Farm. Bring a chair, bring a dish to pass. The grill will be going, stay and chat, toast the past, and the future. A lot has happened in a year. If you feel like camping, there's plenty of space to toss a tent down, I myself will most likely be camping!
