Welcome to Fall Fest 2025 and the Burford Agricultural Society Fairgrounds! We are so excited to see everyone for the inaugural year of Fall Fest!
Join us on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 5:00pm in the Bi-Centennial Building for the Closing Ceremonies - Recognition, Awards, Prizes, Announcements, More Prizes, Thank yous, Important Information, A Few More Prizes, and the Announcement of 2026 Date/Theme.
This is when we will clear out the prize locker, and give away more than $5000 worth of stuff. The prize table will be open to pick up the prizes you've won by participating in games and events throughout the weekend, and we will complete in-person drawings for the top 15 (or so) prizes.
Everyone is welcome to attend this event. While this event is indoors, the building is not climate controlled, so it is recommended that you dress according to the weather.
A few points to remember:
- If you are not camping, please enter through the south gate (look for the big PARKING signs) and park in a way that does not block anyone from entering or exiting, according to the parking signs
- This event runs from 5:00pm-7:00pm
- This event is family and pet friendly (but all pets must be on a 6ft leash)

- If you have a few moments to help out the organizing committee after we wrap up, we'd REALLY appreciate a hand in tearing down all of the tables and chairs so we can all enjoy the evening festivities.
