IT'S A GOOD WAY/DAY TO CELEBRATE THE END OF THIS SEEMINGLY NEVER-ENDING WINTER! 

SMITTY'S- PA-THURSDAY MARCH 20TH, 2025-11:30 AM TO 1:30 PM

I hosted a Community Celebration Event a few years ago in my hometown and having being awarded the opportunity to host another one, I am opting for a simpler format/event!  
I invite everyone to attend this EVENT to meet up with other happy cachers to share stories and have some laughs while earning TWO SOUVENIRS!  That's right....you will earn not only the COMMUNITY CELEBRATION 2025 SOUVENIR, you will also earn the SPRING EQUINOX SOUVENIR! 

We have had quite the WINTER haven't we?? I have never liked this season but this year it has been particularly long and dreary and depressing it seems!  The weather ultimately affects road conditions and that has been a royal pain too!  So...let's get together for  a long lunch and discussion about....various topics...your favourite cache of all time? your plans for this year's caching adventures?  

Keeping in mind the fact that this is GEOCACHING'S 25TH ANNIVERSARY, I have prepared a little 'game' for fun.....bring your pencils...no studying required, just some fun stuff about geocaching over the years!

I have booked the back room at Smitty's so we should have some privacy unless the restaurant is overflowing on a Thursday!  Feel free to bring a friend/family members, the more the merrier!  If you cannot attend for the entire event, due to stuff like 'your job', you are very  welcome to just pop in and say hi!!  

Please log your intent to attend as soon as possible, I will be confirming our numbers with Smitty's a few days prior to March 20th.  Let's hope that the weather cooperates this time!
