As you all know, this has been the 25th anniversary year of geocaching, and it’s been quite an exciting year for the community. The excitement isn’t over yet! With this being the final Saturday of the year, let’s gather and celebrate some more, as well as celebrate all the accomplishments you and the entire community have made throughout the year. Let’s gather for lunch, enjoy all the usual geochats, reflect on the year we’ve had, and plan for all the exciting adventures ahead in 2026!
The main table will seat between 25-30 people, so if you’re planning on attending, please indicate how many people are in your party. Please log your "will attend" by Friday December 26th at 2 pm so I can let the restaurant know the total number of people that will be attending.
Also, because this is a very busy time of year, the restaurant is asking if possible to have an idea of what you’d like to order ahead of time so they can guarantee you get what you want to eat. If you intend on ordering food please let me know by sendig me a message of what you intented to order, and I’ll let the restaurant know when I call them to finalize everything.
One new geocache will be published somewhere close by shortly before the event start time and every attendee can claim First To Find you can do so either before you arrive or on your way home. I will have a door prize that will be raffled off to one lucky attendee, you will have to be present at the time of the draw to win this prize!
