📢📢📢 NEW UPDATE AS OF 10/12/25 : It is only two weeks until the day of this event! I have now thought to add to the description to mention what board game(s) attendees will bring. So when you log your will attend please mention what board game(s) or games you will bring. Once that is stated I will add your name to the list in the description.
🚽 Restrooms:
Unfortunately there are no bathrooms at Brookline Park, but there is a whole Gas Station nearby with plenty of different restrooms. There is one in the quick mart, and there is one in Carl's Jr.
🎲 Board Games:
After all this event is based on games, so for the board games, or just games in general, there is a list at the end of the event page for who is bringing what board game/game. You are not required to bring a game, but if you would like to please mention it in your will attend log or message me via the geocaching message center.
👀 Showcase Containers:
Every since I have started to get into hiding caches, I have always loved the aspect of a creative cache hide. I will have multiple caches on display at the event that maybe future hides. There may even be a gadget cache or two to solve at this event. I hope my hides inspire to hide fun hides.
🪑 Trackable Table:
There will be a table dedicated to travel bugs, and other trackables at this event. There will be a small musuem of my geocoins and other Geocaching Related items, that can be discovered. There will also be the usual discovery and trade aspect at the table as well.
🥗 Food & Refreshments:
I will be bringing a few different food and refreshments for all attendees enjoyment. This is a way I can show my appreciation for your attendance. There will mostly likely be my famous chocolate chip cookies, brownies, water, and more. If you would like to bring your own snack feel free to do so as well. There are also a few convenience stores nearby.
🧠 Trivia Game For Raffle:
We’ll be playing a trivia game which can earn you tickets to put towards the raffle at the end of the event. There will be around 20 questions, so that is 20 opportunities for a raffle ticket! You can win more than one ticket. All questions will be based off of Geocaching or the GPS system. Be Ready!
❓ Guessing Game:
There will be a guessing game over the course of this event, you can only guess once! There will be a prize for the winner, which will be announced towards the end of the event!
📸📸 Group Photo:
Every event I have hosted I have always forgot to take a group photo. This time around I will not be forgetting, so around 10:45am before the raffle winners, and other announcements will be made, we will all meet for a group photo at the posted coordinates.
