Enter the Park Traditional Cache

There are many nice hikes that you can try on Green Mountain.  Just note that the trails are closed when muddy.  This entrance is not as close to some of the regular trails up the mountain as others but it provides a nice walk through the meadow and there are various trails to the south that lead up some of the steeper routes up.  The mountain is a carpet of flowers in May through July if the spring is wet enough.  This is also a good place to access many loop walks to the east.
