Spread over 165 acres, Holiday Woodlands Natural Area is one of East Bay Township's newest parks. It was purchased through a collaborative effort of the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy, and East Bay Township, through a discount sale that involved the original 501(c)(3) owner of the southern half of the property.
