Today I bring you to Shoreham Fire Brigade.
As with all CFA Brigades, Shoreham Fire Brigade is a 100% volunteer brigade, which was established in 1949.
Shoreham CFA has a rich history in the area, and is well-known and supported by the local community, many of whom are members.
Shoreham CFA is also home to one of our biggest firefighting appliances in the Group: the "4.4C Heavy Tanker", which holds a whopping 4,000L of water for firefighting, and another 750L of water for crew protection.
