Menashe Regional Council was established in 1950 and consists of Kibbutzim and Moshavim in the Hadera area. The council extends from Kibbutz Regavim in the north to Magal in the south.
The cache is located in the underground pedestrian tunnel under Route 65, in front of the Menashe Regional Council. For those arriving by car from west to east, turn from Route 65 towards the Menasha Regional Council and immediately park the vehicle on the right and enter the tunnel on foot. For those arriving by car from east to west, stop at the bus stop in front of the Menasha Regional Council and walk down to the tunnel. For those arriving on foot: it is possible to reach through the Kiryat Ha'inun area of the Menashe Regional Council or through the fields from Karkur.

המטמון ממוקם במנהרה התת-קרקעית להולכי רגל שנמצאת מתחת לכביש 65, מול מועצה אזורית מנשה. למגיעים ברכב מכיוון מערב למזרח, יש לפנות מכביש 65 לכיוון מועצה אזורית מנשה ומייד להחנות את הרכב מימין ולהיכנס למנהרה ברגל. למגיעים ברכב מכיוון מזרח למערב, יש לעצור בתחנת האוטובוס שמול מועצה אזורית מנשה ולרדת ברגל למנהרה. למגיעים ברגל: ניתן להגיע דרך אזור קרית החינוך של מועצה אזורית מנשה או דרך השדות מכרכור.
