Cache Across the Avenues, DC Edition: South Dakota Ave.
The CAA (Cache Across the Avenues) DC Edition: This is a series of caches that will take you on a caching tour of all four quadrants of the District of Columbia. One cache will be hidden on each of the 50 State Avenues (actually 48 Avenues + a Street and a Drive). These caches each contain a code word that will lead you to one final cache (to be placed) located in our nation's capitol upon completion of the series. South Dakota Ave. is a major avenue when coming into the city from the east.
About this cache: The cache is located on South Dakota Ave. in the neighborhood of Woodridge. You’ll be in the triangle park welcoming you to Woodridge. This cache is an ammo can–not a common urban hide. It is hidden with natural cover. Please rehide well and let’s see how long an ammo can on a major thoroughfare in DC can last.
