There is only parking at the published coordinates.
The final location of this cache can be found by completing stage 2 of M4 Adventure Labs #008 where the coordinates are listed both as an answer (can't be retrieved) and within the journal (can be retrieved).

There are other bonus caches for the M4AL series, some are more suited to westbound travel, some are more suited to eastbound travel.
This cache is more suited to EASTBOUND travel. It is a short walk from the eastbound service station carpark or you can cross the footbridge from the westbound services (please be aware of the parking restriction at both services).
The parking waypoint is situated on a local road.
