This series of caches is designed for the more adventurous of geocaches who like something a little different. A gentle paddle on the beautiful River Idle. We have included a couple of parking spots and entry points to the river, upstream and downstream. We have paddled this river in both directions , head wind and back wind and it was an easy paddle when we did this. Although we all know weather and river conditions do vary so please be aware of the conditions at the time. All caches are camoflaged bisons .
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE GEOCACHES IN THIS SERIES ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY BOAT FROM THE RIVER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO ATTEMPT THESE CACHES ANY OTHER WAY AS THEY ARE DESIGNED TO BE IMPOSSIBLE FROM THE RIVER BANKS. THIS IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE FLORA AND FAUNA IN ORDER TO KEEP THE AREA BEAUTIFUL.
