A small garden of remembrance to the west of the main school buildings is the Second World War Memorial forReigate Grammar School.Approach from Chart lane -please park correctly as there may be traffic wardens about.
The garden of remembrance is approached by a flight of steps through a brick arch. A tablet of names of the Old Boys who gave their lives is sited on a far wall. The gates are padlocked shut but the memorial is visible.
To find the cache look to your right as facing the gate. The is a speed sign AB. Underneath this are 3 words - Total of letters in each word DEF. Number of stone steps up to the gate = C
The cache can be found at N51 14. A (D+A) A. W 000 11.(AxC) (E-C) C. You will have to cross the A25 to find the cache. Please take great care and keep geo kids /dogs under extreme control
