A number of geocachers were in the Pit of Despair when we could not find P of D #1. It was finally archived and replaced with P of D #2. I personally dislike rock hides. For that reason, I am going to keep this simple with a give away hint. I do not know how much water is in this pit at various times of the year. This is not available in snow over 3 inches. I suggest parking at Skyway Elementary School rather than on the street east of this pit because there are too many homes nearby. People would be curious.
