OK, Harrisburg, time to give back to the environment with a CITO at Lingle and Kohl Parks. This area came to my attention when doing GCAGW7X, and I finally remembered to reach out to Lower Paxton Township about a clean-up. Turns out they set aside the fourth Saturday of each month anyway, and already have a process whereby each attendee signs up on-line, and then they'll meet us with trash pickers and bags.

There are some rolling hills and uneven terrain, hence the higher terrain rating here.
