Kaw Fee
Frankenstein was exhausted. He had been dodging villagers with pitch forks and those cursed torches all night. All he wanted was to return to his crypt and relax and watch some TV. (General Inhospitable was his favorite show)
Frankie had to stoop and twist his way through the door of the coffee shop and wind his way around the ceiling fans to get to the counter. He faced the two female baristas and groaned in a very low growl, “Kaaawww Feee.”
Both of the young ladies backed away from the counter, afraid for their lives. When they didn’t move to get his coffee, Frank slapped his hand on the counter, leaned forward and growled louder, “Kaaww Feee!”
Still not moving, the baristas cowered as Frankie frowned. Frank bared his teeth, slammed his fist on the counter, making the antique register bounce into the air and roared, “Kaaawww Feee!”
Floating from the backroom, a small, blonde pixie spoke sharply, “Frank!” She flew to within inches of his face, poking a finger at him, “What did I tell you about scaring my staff?” Frank spoke slowly, “Kaaawww Feee!”
The barely 3 foot tall pixie glared at the 7 foot tall monster, “Ask nicely.” Frank’s lower lip trembled and he spoke softly,”Kaw Fee?” Twinkle smiled, “Now, that wasn’t so hard was it?” She said, “That’ll be 2 silver pieces.” Frankie patted his pockets, “In car. Be back.” Frankie squeased through the door and staggered to a van in the parking lot and ripped the side door off as he went looking for his coins.
Twinkle turned as she floated towards the backroom, “He’s a pussycat. Get him the biggest cup of black coffee we have.” Tina grabbed an extra large cup and began pouring the coffee. Alice let out a long sigh, “I really hate working here.”
Help Frankie find his silver and get his Kaw Fee so he can watch his soapies. Gonna have to use your own scribing tool as there is no room for trinkets in this cache.
