The Cache

The cache is not at the listed coordinates
You will need to find the following information to solve the final location:

At the given co-ordinates you will find a square of four signs.

A = Number of letters in middle word of 3rd line on bottom left sign (car park)
B = Number of letters in last word on top right sign (Keep dogs)
C = Number of letters in last word of middle line on bottom right sign (CCTV)

At the plaque waypoint (N 51° 49.343′ W 1° 23.396′) you will find a plaque on the wall above a bench.

D = Last character on the plaque
E = Number of letters in John's last name
F = Number of letters in last word of 4th line

N 51° 49.ABC' W 001° 23.DEF'

Checksum for all the numbers in the final coordinates is 56
