Geocache Description:

Logan City, bordering Metropolitan Brisbane to its south, officially opened a 3km Rail Trail in December 2021. The trail, linking Logan Village with the rapidly growing suburb of Yarrabilba, was a former spur line off the Bethania to Beaudesert rail corridor. This corridor is currently in the process of being repurposed as a rail trail but the spur line is now open. The former station at Logan Village has some remaining tracks in place but is now adorned with a set of, what looks like in daylight, a set of standing 2m high white bollards. However, at night time the ‘bollards’ become illuminated outlining human characters who represent some significance to the history of the region. A short distance away, on the Waterford Tamborine Road, is the clearly signposted entrance to the Logan Village to Yarrabilba Rail Trail.

The trail is a high quality asphalt sealed route that extends about 3km from Logan Village to Yarrabilba. The trailhead includes some attractive information signage and the trail itself extends through a mostly continuous green corridor of trees. The corridor passes through a semi-rural area and has intersections with wayfinding signage to adjoining streets. The trail terminates at Blossom St on the edge of Yarrabilba. Again the trail is clearly signed. This trail is a wonderful amenity to this area with its expanding population.

Randomly hidden with the caches are THREE sets of six-digit numbers.  You need to record them when you find them, then match them to the starting digits in the box below.

To find this Reverse Cache you need to download a Wherigo cartridge made by -Waldmeister-

It is located here.

After starting it you will have to type in these three numbers in the order given when asked:

81XXXX
17XXXX
56XXXX

Every time you ask it, the cartridge will tell you your distance from the cache, but not the direction.
Based on this information you should eventually be able to deduce the final location.
Once you get within about 20 metres from the cache, the cartridge will give you exact coordinates.
