The cache is not at the published co-ordinates. To find the co-ordinates you will need to complete the Great Holland Pits Adventure Lab cache.
Great Holland Pits Nature Reserve is a tranquil area of 40 acres. An area of old gravel workings has been managed for the benefit of wildlife, and a former arable field has been planted with trees by the Woodland Trust. The result is a peaceful reserve with trees, ponds and grassland, with a network of paths to explore. The reserve is managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust, and there are noticeboards giving information about the wildlife to be found here, including the cuckoo, damsel flies and butterflies.
There is a free car park for about 8 cars down a gravel track from Little Clacton Road.
The cache is a small magnetic key safe, and the co-ordinates are to be found whilst undertaking the Adventure Lab - keep an eye on the journals as you go.
