The path next to the cache is the old "road" to Övre Älmesbo (Upper Älmesbo) and was leading directly to the oldest buildings here, which probably date back to the 17th century. The wide gravel road which we travel on with our cars was build 1948. Don't miss to walk around a bit and take a look at those old farm buildings if you are in Älmesbo anyway.
