Nearby this monument was the village of Beulah. The town had high hopes of being the county seat but lost out to Ebensburg. Soon after the village was abandoned, all that remains is a few tombstones up the hill on private property. This monument was set by the historical society as a reminder of where Beulah was. Looking for a hanging preform, there is a small pulloff along the road. Daylight cache only.
