There are 3 approved tracks through the Wands Sand Dunes from Don Lucas Reserve. The Top Track, Wanda Herritage Dunes Walk and the Greenhills Beach Access Track used for Beach Running and Dog Off Lead play.
This cache is placed at the start of the Top Track to encourage beginners to think about what might be beyond.
As most beginners use the .app to start their Geocaching experience and are not aware that there are 2 levels. They can't see "Premium" caches on the .app, however if they look at the map provided through the Web page (www.geocaching.com), they can see the Premium caches with a D/T less than or up to 2/2 which gives a reason to look at some other types of caches.
You can visit these caches but can only log them as a find with an arrangement from the CO or in the company of a Premium Member. This might give beginners a reason to contact Premium cachers and learn more about caching the correct way and the ediquite required of the game players.
